You know why SAP came into exist?

We had separate software's to each business operations like finance,human capital management,supply chain management etc., had separate tool to run those operations.

Then in 1972,five former IBM employees launched a company called Systems, Applications and Products in Data Processing in Mannheim in Germany.

             The originally SAP idea is to provide customers with the ability to interact with a common corporate database for comprehensive range of applications.

            Finally,they came up with a vision to develop a standard application software for all real-time business processing.

            The standard application software named 'SAP'.
